crisp on the palate with just a touch of fruitiness.
- Johannisberg Riesling, Hogue Cellars - Semi-sweet white wine with
exceptionally fresh fruit.
- Chardonnay, Hogue Cellars - Clean and fresh style. Concentrated
Chardonnay aroma. Excellent with seafood and veal dishes.
- Chenin Blanc, Hogue Cellars - Loaded with tropical fruit aromas. Dry
finish with a pleasant balancing acidity.
- Cabernet Sauvignon, Hogue Cellars - Dry, medium-bodied, fairly soft
Cabernet. Shows clean, fresh fruit in the Hogue style with moderate tannins.
- Johannisberg Riesling, Château St. Michelle - Medium-dry white
wine with a soft, flowery bouquet and a clean, refreshing finish.
- Chardonnay, Château St. Michelle - Medium-bodied, fruity. It
shows some barrel fermentation.
- Merlot, Northstar - A bordeaux blend of Merlot and Cabernet
Sauvignon. Rich, full and distinctly Columbian Valley.
